Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent / contemnor, placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.006910/Aa1/2025, dated 18.02.2026, issued by the respondent / contemnor considering the representation submitted by the petitioner. In the light of the same, this Court is satisfied that the respondent / contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court.

3. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Incase the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No. 006910/Aa1/2025, dated 18.02.2026, issued by the respondent / contemnor, it is left open to her to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
