The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.20455 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025. wherein this Court has directed the second respondent to pass orders on the proposal submitted by the petitioner management on 08.07.2024.

2.In compliance with the said order, the Higher Education Department has issued G.O (4D).No.20 dated 26.05.2026. However, according to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the request of the petitioner has not been considered in entirety.

3.Considering the above said facts, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said Government Order dated 26.05.2026, if he is so advised. No costs.
