This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining that the order of this Court dated 28.10.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No.28928 of 2025 has not been complied with.

When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that the disciplinary proceedings initiated as against the petitioner has been dropped. Therefore, the order has been complied with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, by referring to the order dated 28.10.2025, submits that this Court, while disposing of the writ petition, has also passed a consequential direction directing the respondents to pay the terminal benefits due to the petitioner within a stipulated time. Therefore, according to him, it has been partly complied and the consequential direction of this Court has not been complied with.
