Alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.02.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.4361 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the petitioner was not aware of the sale of the property at the time when the writ petition was filed and when orders were passed on 19.02.2025. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would work out her rights before the concerned Civil Court.

3 . Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
