Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the order dated 13.02.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.4196 of 2026 has been duly complied with by the respondent vide proceedings bearing No.Na.Ka.JC09/867/2026/E1, dated 30.06.2026. A copy of the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court.

Recording the said submission and the compliance reported, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law against the proceedings dated 30.06.2026 passed by the respondent, if she is so aggrieved.
