This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 24.03.2025, in W.P.(MD) No.19302 of 2017, passed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that it is only for want of submission of necessary documents by the petitioner, the respondent could not take steps to give effect to the order dated 15.11.2026 passed in I.D.No.21 of 2016 and he further submitted that in case the petitioner submits all the required documents, the same would be processed in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also expressed readiness that the petitioner is ready and willing to submit all the documents as required by the respondent.
