This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2772 of 2025 , thereby directing the respondent to register the FIR as against the excluded persons and alter the report.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.295 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal.
