When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and necessary changes have been made in the Town Survey Land Register by mentioning classification of the land as “Ryotwari punja”. The petitioner’s name has also been included in the TSLR as one of the pattadharar. He also produced the extract of the TSLR.

In view of the same, the direction issued by this court it its order dated

25.10.2024 is complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the inclusion of other names in the TSLR, it is for him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
