This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.34620 of 2023.

The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that, pursuant to the orders of this Court, the competent authority conducted a survey and subsequently identified and removed the encroachments. However, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that one wall is yet to be removed.
