This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of

the order dated 04.02.2026 made in W.P.No.45340 of 2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 04.02.2026 in W.P.No.45340 of 2025, issued direction to the respondents to settle the petitioner’s terminal benefits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, however, the respondents settled only a sum of Rs.1,25,799/-.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file computation petition.
