Though this Court directed the respondents to conduct the enquiry in the

manner known to law and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance

¶19

with law within a period of two months, alleging non-compliance of the direction within the stipulated time, the present contempt petition is filed.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that in pursuance of the order, the respondents had completed the enquiry and passed the final order on 12.12.2025. He has also produced a copy of the final order before the Court.

Though the order passed by this Court has been complied with belatedly, considering the fact that the petitioner sought for only a mandamus to the respondents to consider her representation and now the final order has been passed, this contempt petition stands closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved over the final order passed by the respondents, she is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
