Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, Tahsildar, Polur, Mr.S.Balasubramanian former RDO, Arani and Mr.M.Venkatesan, former Tahsildar Polur were present in court.

Producing a compliance report dated 13.2.2026 of the third defendant, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that steps have been taken to secure the property from the encroachers.

Para 16 and 17 of the said compliance report are reproduced hereunder for ready reference:-

"16. I respectfully submitted that Thiru.Adhishkumar

S/o.Chinnaraji one of the encroachers mentioned above, has again encroached upon the land by burying a pipeline in survey Nos.254/5 and 254/6 after the encroachments were removed. This encroachment was removed on 29.01.2026 in the presence of petitioner Thiru.R.Sampath S/o.Late Ramasamy.
