third respondent in Comp.A.Nos.202 to 204 of 2022.

Mr.Rohan Rajasekaran, learned counsel, accepts notice for the proposed respondent. The third respondent was the highest bidder in respect of lands brought for sale in the Maxworth-Pondicherry project and sale certificates were issued by the Official Liquidator with regard to undisputed portions. In these circumstances, the third respondent is a necessary party. Therefore, these impleading applications are allowed as prayed for. The applicant shall carry out the consequential amendments in the applications on or before 04.03.2026 and serve a copy of the amended applications on the other parties.
