The Official Liquidator of M/s.First Leasing Company of India Ltd., Vs Nil

c) To permit the Official Liquidator to pay salary and allowance as allowed by this Honble Court vide order dated 20.09.2024 in C.A.No.332 of 2024 in C.P.No.255/2014.

d) To permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of salary and allowances from the funds of the Company in Provisional Liquidation.

e) To permit the Official Liquidator to meet out the cost of this application does come out of the funds of the company in Provisional Liquidation.

This Company Application has been filed seeking for the following reliefs:-

a) To take this report on record,

b) To permit the Official Liquidator to retain and continue with the services of Shri.V.Sambu for a period of one year on contractual basis for the reasons stated at para 7 of the report,

c) To permit the Official Liquidator to pay salary and allowance as allowed by this Honble Court vide order dated 20.09.2024 in C.A.No.332 of 2024 in C.P.No.255/2014.
