This petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer the writ appeal against the order in WP.(MD)No.1557 of 2011 dated 10.01.2014.
2.It is contended that the petitioner herein has filed a separate writ petition in WP.(MD)No.7000 of 2024 and the Co-ordinate Division Bench of this Court, by an order dated 01.06.2026, had directed the petitioner to seek leave to file writ
appeal against the order in WP.(MD)No.1557 of 2011 dated 10.01.2014.
4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, leave is granted. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
