This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 11 herein as legal heirs of the 1st respondent in the first appeal and rank them as respondents 3 to 11 in the above first appeal in A.S(MD)No.67 of 2018.

Heard the learned Government Advocate for the petitioners. Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel filed vakalat for the respondents 3 to 11 and submitted that he has no objection to allow this petition.

I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and considering the no objection submitted by the respondents, this petition is allowed.
