This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners herein to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in M.C.O.P.No. 914 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal / Principal District Court, Dindigul, as per the order passed by this Court in C.M.P.(MD) No. 8808 of 2024 in C.M.A.(MD) No. 803 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024.

Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, it is brought to

the notice of this Court that the appellant / Insurance Company has

deposited 75% of the compensation amount with accrued interest. The petitioners are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount out of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company along with the interest.
