This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delaly of 139

days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 26.08.2025 made in W.P(MD).No.23134 of 2025.

Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned

counsel entered appearance for the first respondent.

In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that

the order copy had been communicated to the Regional Office of the Insurance Company and sanction had to be obtained for filing an appeal and there was a delay in the said process.
