COMMON ORDER

These applications are filed under Order 13 Rule 9 of CPC, for return of

the original sale deeds dated 27.08.1981 and 09.09.1981, by substituting the original sale deeds with the certified copies.

2. I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of these petitions.

3. Learned Counsel for the respondent also fairly submits that the

respondent has no objection for the applications being allowed and the originals may not be necessary for the purpose of deciding the Second Appeals.

4. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions stand allowed.
