This petition is filed to grant leave to file the above Letters Patent Appeal against the order in Cont.P.(MD) No.3365 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a party in W.P.(MD) No.26509 of 2024, against which the above contempt petition was filed. However, the writ Court without issuing notice to the petitioner, disposed of the writ petition in the admission stage itself. Hence, she prays to grant leave of this Court.
