This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission to permit the petitioner to effect substituted service by way of paper publication in respect of the 3^rd and 5^th respondents in a vernacular language newspaper in the locality where they reside or at their last known address, in the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)No.88 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 5^th respondent has died and that steps have already been taken in respect of the deceased 5^th respondent.
