This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 151 of Civil Procedural Code, 1951 praying to modify the common order passed by this Hon’ble Court in C.R.P.(MD) No.1951 of 2021 and C.R.P. (MD) No.1962 of 2021 dated 05.08.2025 in so far as observing that “the

Administrator/respondent No.7 shall have the assistance of member of the College, namely one Fr.Mariya Dominic, who is in-charge of the society as well as the member of the college and they shall have the assistance of the Secretary of the society as well as the members of the college” and to clarify that the society of the college shall be managed by the Administrator with the assistance of the members of the society till the election is conducted by the way of convening the General Body.
