The above petition has been filed seeking orders to permit the petitioner to withdraw 50% of the amount which was deposited by the respondent / Transport Corporation.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

It is evident from the records that this Court in C.M.P.(MD)No.14742 of 2025 vide order dated 09.09.2025 directed the respondent to deposit 50% of the award amount together with accrued interest and costs to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.348 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul. In pursuance of the said direction, the respondent deposited 50% of the award amount together with accrued interest and costs.
