In view of the answer to the reference given by the Full Bench of this Court vide common Judgment dated 07.01.2026 in W.A.(MD) No.432 of 2023 etc., batch, the order dated 11.11.2021, passed in W.P.(MD) No.131 of 2018, needs revisit. Hence, we are inclined to condone the enormous delay of 1060 days.
