This petition has been taken out seeking impleadment of respondents 9 to 11 in the Second Appeal. Pending Second Appeal, ninth respondent has passed away and the legal heirs has been impleaded as respondents 12 to 16. Counsel has entered appearance for the proposed respondent as well. The petitioner / appellant seeks impleadment of the proposed respondents on the ground that they are subsequent purchasers. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondents for impleading themselves as respondents in the
