2. Mr.S.Ramesh @ Ramiah, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.DS.R.A.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the second respondent have not raised any serious objection for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition.
