This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 05.04.2024 made in W.P(MD) No.8326 of 2024.
2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that owing to administrative reasons the delay had occurred.
3.Mr.M.Ajmal Khan appeared for the respondent.
4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission, in the usual course. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel, who appeared for the respondent, to be printed in the cause list.
