2.Notice had been directed and the learned counsel for the respondents had entered appearance. The learned counsel for the respondents stated that he has no objection in condoning the delay.
3.Among the reasons stated for condoning the delay, it has been stated that administrative sanction has been obtained for filing the appeal. In that process, there has been a delay.
4.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
