Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the above said delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners make a payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of 'Chief Justice Relief Fund', on or before 09.03.2026 , failing which, this condone delay petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
