The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking permission to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only), along with accrued interest, deposited to the credit of W.A.No.2629 of 2023, pursuant to the final order passed therein.

The learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent have no objection to the petitioner withdrawing the deposited amount along with accrued interest.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.5,00,000/- along with accrued interest upon filing an appropriate application and providing identity proof with the nationalised Bank in which the deposit has been made.
