To dispense with the production of the original impugned order copy of the common judgement dated 23.08.2023 passed in WP No.13895 of 2019 and thus render justice.

To set aside the order dt. 23.08.2023 in WP No.13912/2019 in so far as the back wages to 50 per cent from the date of dismissal to the date of reinstatement after deducting the 17B wages already paid and not granting full back wages as granted by the Honble Labour Court from the date of dismissal to the date of award and from the date of award till reinstatement and thus render justice.
