O R D E R

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay

of 1266 days in representing the above appeal bearing S.A.SR.No.95708 of 2020.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.27990 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, as cost. The cost shall be paid on or before 03.06.2026 from today, failing which, the civil miscellaneous petition shall stand automatically dismissed. If cost is paid within the time stipulated, the Registry is directed to number S.A.SR.No.95708 of 2020, if it is otherwise in order.
