This petition is filed to condone the delay of 447 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Mr. K. Balaji, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondents did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.
3 . The Registry is directed to number the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, print the name of the counsel for the respondents in the cause list and list the same on 27.02.2026.
