This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 357 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Notice had been directed, notice had also been served and names have been printed in the cause list.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that an

opinion had been received to file the appeal and, unfortunately, the certified copy was misplaced; thereafter, there has been an administrative delay.

4.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned and the

petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
