This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title in the above appeal suit.

Mr.T.Gowthaman, learned Additional Advocate General would submit

that "Deputy Chief Engineer, Southern Railway, Salem" was wrongly included as the beneficiary in the LAOP order and now it has been rectified by the trial Court as "M/s.Power Grid Corporation of India Limited by the 1st Additional Sub-Court, Coimbatore" vide order dated 03.06.2026. Hence, the present application.
