This petition had been filed to substitute N.Bright Samson, S/o.

J.Nagakesari as the Secretary of the 1^st and 2^nd respondents/appellants Trust in the place of his father J.Nagakesari.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶24

In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that his father J.Nagakesari expired on 23.07.2018 and J.Bright Samsom has now become the Secretary. It is further stated by the learned counsel that he continues to be Secretary as on date.
