ORDER

The appellants/plaintiffs filed a suit seeking declaration and injunction. The suit was decreed by the Trial Court. The appeal filed by the defendants was allowed and the suit filed by the plaintiffs was dismissed. Challenging the same, the appellants have filed the second appeal.

Since the suit filed by the appellants got dismissed, there is no executable order. Hence, there is nothing to stay the operation of judgment and decree. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition filed by the petitioners/appellants is not maintainable. Hence, the same is dismissed.
