These petitions have been filed to set aside the order dated 21.04.2026 dismissing the appeals viz., A.S.Nos.491 and 492 of 2022 for non-prosecution

and to restore the appeals to the file of this Court.

In the affidavit filed in support these petitions, it had been stated that

due to the illness and other domestic issues, the appellant could not contact the counsel and he came to know about the dismissal of the appeals only on 02.06.2026.

Considering the above stated position and in order to give one more opportunity to the appellant, these petitions are allowed and A.S.Nos.491 and 492 of 2022 are restored to file.

Post the appeals for hearing on 20.07.2026.
