The present petition is filed to condone the delay of 414 days in filing the aforesaid appeal.

16.08.2024, it is stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the certified copy of the judgment and decree was applied only on

18.08.2025, which is untenable. The appellant has not given any valid reason to
