Though notice was served on 2nd respondent and the name of 2nd respondent has also been printed in the cause-list, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. Mr.K.Vinod, learned counsel, appeared on behalf of the 4th respondent. Notice sent to the 1st respondent has been returned with an endorsement “addressee cannot be located”.
4 . Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 95 days is condoned.
