The 1^st defendant in O.S.No.1901 of 2023 on the file of the VII

Additional District and Sessions Court, City Civil Court, Chennai, is the appellant herein. The said suit had been filed by the 1^st respondent / plaintiff for recovery of unpaid sale consideration.

2.We would not go to the merits of the case but rather record that the appellant is in possession and this fact is also acknowledged by the 1^st respondent. There is also a charge created over the property in favour of the 1^st respondent. The respondents have also not filed any execution petition as on date.

3.Recording the fact that the appellant is in possession and that the said

status should be maintained till the disposal of the appeal, this petition is allowed.
