This application has been filed seeking to order substituted service upon

the Respondents by (1) affixture on the Court Notice Board of the Sub Court

Nanguneri and at the Last Known residence of the Respondent (2) by publication in one issue of News Today (English daily) and any Tamil daily circulating in Tirunelveli District, pending disposal of the above O.P.

According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the main O.P. Despite several attempts being made by her to serve notice on the respondent, the respondent evading from service of notice. Hence, she filed this application.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the applicant is permitted to effect paper publication in any one of the Tamil daily, having wide circulation in Tirunelveli District mentioning the date of hearing as 23.03.2026.
