PRAYER: This petition filed to bring on one of the legal representative namely the Applicant Mr.C.S.Hemakumar, 68 years S/o.C.D.Sivasankaran, - Smt.S.T.Sundary Now residing at No.5/77, 5th Main Road, 5th Block, Kaviarasu Kannadasan Nagar, Kodungaiyur, Chennai 600 118 as 2^nd plaintiff and to bring the other legal heirs of the sole deceased as defendant 3 to 12 of Late S.T.Sundary alias S.Thirupura Sundari, who died on 17/10/2024 as 2nd Plaintiff in the above C.S.No.328 of 2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to bring on one of the legal representative namely the Applicant Mr.C.S.Hemakumar, as 2^nd plaintiff and to bring the other legal heirs of the sole deceased as defendant 3 to 12 of Late S.T.Sundary alias S.Thirupura Sundari, who died on 17/10/2024 as 2^nd Plaintiff in the above C.S.No.328 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to allow the application.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
