This application has been filed by the applicant to mark the certified copy of the documents.

According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the main petition. After filing of the application, the applicant applied certified copy of the document. Now produced the same before this Court. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to produce the documents in accordance with law.

Considering the nature of application and this application is filed to include the documents. As far as the admissibility, relevancy and proof, it cannot be tested through this application. This application is filed only to grant leave for production of documents belatedly. Therefore, this petition is allowed and the documents can be received subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.
