This application has been filed to receive the additional document viz the certified copy of the legal heir certificate dated 25.01.2001 of the deceased Arjun Nagendra Kathare in O.P.No.607 of 2022.

The applicants are the petitioners in the main Original Petition. It is submitted that at the time of filing the Original Petition, the petitioner mentioned documents were not available. Therefore, they were unable to produce the document along with the main petition. Now the said document has been obtained. Hence, the applicants filed this application to receive the additional documents.
