This intra-court appeal has been directed against the order passed by the

Writ Court dated 03.08.2023 made in W.P.No.18679 of 2023. In fact, the impugned order was a common order, where number of writ petitions like the present one had been considered and disposed of.

Though this intra-court appeal has been directed at the instance of the State, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellant has brought to our notice that the similar issue that has already been made in W.P.No.7714 of 2024 by order dated 21.03.2024 since has been appealed in W.A.No.3474 of 2025 in the matter of State of Tamil Nadu represented by its Secretary to

very same issue that has been covered by the said order of the Division Bench dated 04.12.2025. In that view of the matter, as the connected issue has already been considered and orders have been passed dismissing the writ appeal as stated supra, the present appeal also has to face the same fate.

As a result of which, this writ appeal is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, it is dismissed. However there shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
