The plaintiff has applied for a direction to the 6^th respondent to furnish the bank account details of the 4^th respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the 6^th respondent submits that the said respondents platform was used for making payments, but the bank account details of the user of the platform are not maintained by the 6^th respondent. In view there of, this application is closed by leaving it open to the applicant/plaintiff to seek such information from the bank concerned.
