This Application has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the

Security Bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II) High Court, Madras as per order of this Court dated 27/10/2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for

the respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to health condition

¶46

of the 6^th applicant, there was a delay in executing the security bond and hence seeks extension of time .

3.Considering the submissions made and also the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, time is granted for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
