This application has been filed to withdraw O.S.No.6292 of 2025 from the file of the XIX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai transfer it to this Court and try it along with C.S.No.287 of 2025.

It is stated that both suits concern the same property and involve

substantially connected questions. Separate trials may result in duplication of evidence and conflicting findings. It is therefore appropriate that both suits are tried together.

Accordingly, this application is allowed. O.S.No.6292 of 2025 is

¶37

withdrawn from the file of the XIX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of this Court to be tried along with C.S.No.287 of 2025. The Registry shall call for the records and renumber the transferred suit in accordance with the original side rules. No costs.
