Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the Bank would

submit that no sale took place pursuant to the impugned notice. Thus, the cause does not exist.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that several

other proceedings are pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

Bank that no sale took place pursuant to impugned notice, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
